BBQ party at WCP

West Cost Map.

Hey 4E1'ians,
5N2 is organising a gathering, especially for the 6 graduating classes:
4E1~E4 + 5N1~N2.

We will be having a BBQ party at West Coast Park(W.C.P).
In case you do not know where is it,
there is a virtual map above which illustrates W.C.P.

The BBQ party will officially start around 5p.m.
So for those who are going you may want to go there earlier to start our own games and activities there(Stated below), or you can even help out in setting up BBQ pits..

This party will be held in the early January; before taking of our "O"s results.
(So don't worry too much, until the party is over..)

What can we do there?
We can organise our own games and activities just to keep ourselves entertained;
Games like Frisbee, Volleyball, Soccer, etc..
Activities like inter-class competitions(sports), hop scorch, push-ups, jumping jets (What ever weird activities you can think of..)

We can eat as much as we like, with just $7;
No discount; No coupon; No foreign currencies.
The food will be catered to our destination, and of course some of us may like to get our own BBQ snacks like: Marsh Mallows, chips, beverages, etc..

Please don't ask around who is going, who is not, because in the end of the day if such things happened, no one will turn up for this event.
People who are interested, please sms him ASAP, and state down whether you're confirm coming not..

For people who are confirmed coming, please state whether you have any food allergies, so that it is easier for the organisers to make arrangements for catering.
